The hotel is modern and the room was extremely pleasant. the on-site parking is convenient. All staff members were polite and cooperative, ensuring our stay was very good. the overall experience at the hotel was nice, and I have no complaints. I would recommend staying here.

The room was not cleaned well with all dusty duster in the bathroom and available with comfy beds. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. The service was good throughout our stay. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The room was extremely pleasant and brand-new, included climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and an electric kettle.

The staff were non cooperative, didn't expect that coming.

The proximity to Victoria Museum here is excellent and convenient.

the location was perfect, right in the center of a busy shopping area. Despite not having a good restaurant nearby, the hotel made up for it by providing a delicious breakfast included in the price. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were comfortable with cozy beds, and the basic amenities were well-provided.

Room cleanliness needs improvement.

Unfortunately, my Xmas stay was not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be. there were a few aspects that I did enjoy. the free breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation. the room had lovely natural light, which helped to make it feel more spacious.

On the other hand, there were several downsides to my experience. the room was incredibly cramped, making it hard to sleep comfortably, and the bed edges were too sharp, resulting in multiple painful bumps and scratches.
